Try copying the files from the menory card to your computer and then stitching from there. I can't try because of my older camcorder. My friend has a new one and she was able to do the stitching with the new download. Have you used the Action Director that came with the camcorder. The videos are shot with a second-generation Samsung 360 camera, and I know the videos are shot correctly in a valid format because they are playable. The videos you are going to stitch come from the 360°-Samsung camera or from another camera?
